Earth Hour in Kitchener And Waterloo

Earth HourEarth Hour will be celebrated at Kitchener City Hall from 7:30-9:30pm. Performances by Organic Groove, with an open drum circle at 9:00pm, Cinnamon Tree, UW Spin and Flow Club, Shantell Powell, Kevin Sutton and Ctl R.

Earth Hour at the University of Waterloo

Earth Hour is the single, largest, symbolic mass participation event in the world. Born out of a hope that we could mobilize our communities to take action on climate change by asking people to switch their lights off for an hour as a massive show of concern for the environment.

The uWaterloo Sustainability Project (UWSP), is holding an Earth Hour event on Saturday March 23rd, 2013! The event will be held from 4 – 10 pm in the Student Life Centre which is located in the heart of UW campus.

Where: Student Life Centre

When: March 23, 2013

Time: 4:00-10:00pm
