New Years Eve in Uptown Waterloo Spend New Years Eve in uptown Waterloo at the Waterloo Public Square. Tim Holland, the Puppet Tamer will be your host for the evening. Skate around to top 40 hits, and enjoy face painting and Mad Science demonstrations. Ring in the New Year early with fireworks and a ginger ale toast at 9 pm. Warm up with a cup of hot chocolate sponsored by Tim Hortons, and get your party accessory. FREE for the whole family!
