Doors Open Waterloo Region Doors Open Waterloo Region is a free heritage and architecture tour of special, occasionally “secret” places in Waterloo Region. It is held on the third Saturday in September every year.

This year is the 10th annual Doors Open Waterloo Region. There will be special events to mark other significant anniversaries happening at our sites this year!

Discover the secret places of Waterloo Region! Most sites open 10:00am – 5:00pm with FREE admission, children’s activities, music, drama presentations, walking tours and other special events. Pick up a map and guide at museums, libraries and tourism offices from July to September or in The Waterloo Region Record on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012.

There are 37 sites to visit.
