Victoria Park Lake Grand Opening

Victoria Park Lake will host its Grand Opening to mark the completion of the necessary work that has been done to improve the lake quality and complement its existing beauty and appeal. The Grand Opening event will provide insight about the project and outcomes, as well an opportunity to view the restoration site in its new form.

The event will include:  Words from Mayor, Carl Zehr, Kitchener’s Centre MPP John Milloy, Regional Councillor, Geoff Lorentz , City Councillor, Frank Etherington, DCAO Pauline Houston and Victoria Park Association citizen member, Bob Sharpe.

There will be a symbolic tree planting to commemorate the completion of the project

A walking tour of the project grounds will be provided.
