Country Boy Family Restaurant
Alasdair and I were out for breakfast the other day. We went to Country Boy Family Restaurant on Manitou Drive. We’ve been before. They have terrific bacon and cheddar omelets.
The serving sizes are large. The service is fast. I like the fact that if you order coffee, they plunk down a thermos pot on your table. It’s quaint that you get a little glass of milk to add to your tea.
The decor is interesting – impossible to describe, kind of 1970’s grandmother’s living room. But that’s part of it’s charm. It’s a very popular place.
