We love great causes – and we REALLY love when local companies get behind great causes and do something!  So when the fine folks at THEMUSEUM asked us to help get the word out on their Japan Fundraiser, we were more than happy to help out!

Japan Fundraiser at THEMUSEUMTHEMUSEUM and GRFF are partnering to put on a fundraiser for Japan with the Screening of “Force of Nature: The David Suzuki Movie”.

Lynn Kergan, Disaster Management Coordinator, Waterloo-Wellington Region, Canadian Red Cross, and Red Cross Volunteer Kim Lezzi, who was in Japan at the time of the disaster, will be leading a brief discussion and answering any questions visitors may have.

Admission to Force of Nature: The David Suzuki Movie is a suggested donation of $20 all of which will go directly to support relief in Japan through the Canadian Red Cross. THEMUSEUM Café will be open to offer food and beverage throughout the evening.

Doors open at 5:00p.m. with opening remarks at 5:45p.m. with the screening beginning promptly at 6p.m.

WHERE: THEMUSEUM, 10 King Street West, Kitchener, ON

WHEN: Thursday April 7th

Time: 5pm – 8pm

Cost: Suggested donation of $20 – goes to support relief in Japan through Canadian Red Cross
