eyeCycle: frozen framed fotography

Opening Galla Feb. 5th 9pm at Cafe Pyrus in KitchenerWe featured an art show by Jared Davidson way back in November for his SQUINT display, and he’s back already with another creative body of work on display at Cafe Pyrus, celebrating the dead of winter.  That’s very timely!

Jared plows (pun intended) into the glacial landscapes of Canadian Winters, clearing the frosty veils to expose hidden icy beauties.  Opening Gala takes place Feb. 5th from 9pm to whatever time they shut it down.  The Gala will feature chilled beats by DJ Vandenhoff and friends at Cafe Pyrus in Kitchener.

Proceeds from this 19+ event will be generously donated to Grounds for Health – a charity working with coffee-growing communities to establish sustainable cervical cancer prevention programs.  Minimum $5 donation is asked.

For more information, please visit Jared’s personal website, or details of the event on bluecanvas — you can also email the artist at jared.davidson.photography@gmail.com

Where: Cafe Pyrus, 14 Charles St. W., Kitchener

When: February 5th, 2011

Time: 9pm – Shutdown

Cost: $5 donation to Grounds for Health
