quilting at kwagLook to examples of contemporary North American quilting for inspiration to create a spontaneous quilt block using new and “upcycled” fabrics. Discuss new contexts for quilting within the current art scene, and complete at least one block during the workshop.

Basic sewing skills required. Own sewing machine encouraged.
