The parade

lionWhat float do you think will get special attention this year?

My guess is the Lion’s Club lion. The back view spawned an early round of Oktoberfest discussions in the spring and summer this year when Ellen Degeneres liked it, (no, she love it). The phallic float picture was shown on her show, a facebook fan page accumulated nearly 32,000 fans, then the mass chicken dance one afternoon in June saw Elvis, both mayors, and a couple of nylon body-suited performance artists, about 1000 people…four months before the parade. That’s Oktoberfest spirit.

We got Dan for Mayor for parade marshal.
